Dr. Kristinn Gylfason  (Visiting Researcher)

KristinnGylfason
Kristinn B. Gylfason received the PhD degree in Electrical Engineering from KTH in 2010, and the BS and MS degrees in Electrical Engineering from the University of Iceland in 2001 and 2003, respectively. The spring term of 2002 he spent at the University of California, Santa Barbara, USA. From 2003 through 2005 he was a research engineer at Lyfjathroun Biopharmaceuticals, Iceland. In 2005 he received the Steinmaur Foundation nanotechnology graduate study scholarship. From April 2010 he is a researcher at the Microsystem Technology Laboratory. His research involves photonic sensors for biomedical applications.
