Abstract
We present wafer-scale measurements of the phase errors of 120deg and 90deg optical hybrids, using 3Ãâ€â€3 and 4Ãâ€â€4 MMIs, respectively. The deviation of the median of the measurements from the nominal phase values is 2.2deg and 3.3deg for the 120deg and 90deg optical hybrids, respectively. |
