Abstract
Silicon photonics enables compact and cost-effective photonic integrated circuits, based on manufacturing in CMOS fabs. It can serve point-of-care medical device applications. Here we focus on multi-beam laser Doppler vibrometry circuits for cardiovascular disease monitoring. |
